At Abundant Birth, I offer doula services to provide you with the necessary support during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period. I specialize in making the transition to motherood a joyous experience by educating and supporting you every step of the way.
Prenatal Support
My prenatal support includes birth planning, childbirth education, and resources to help you feel confident and prepared for the big day. I will be a 24/7 contact for you to process and ask questions.
Labor Support
My doula services include advocacy during labor, comfort measures, and support for your desired birth plan, ensuring that your childbirth experience is tailored to your individual needs.
Postpartum Support
My postpartum support includes a debrief of your birth. I also check in to see how you are transitioning with your baby. We discuss needs and desires as you move forward and I will equip you with resources, along with encouragement.

Experienced Birther Doula Package:
$1000
Retainer Fee: $300
This package includes:
-one prenatal appointment
-birth and labor support
- one postpartum appointment
-24/7 support via phone regarding any questions or concerns.
Client must have gone through at least one unmedicated birth to qualify for this package.

Childbirth Planning Package
$95
This package includes:
- One labor and delivery planning appointments.
-I will walk you through the scenarios that can occur and educate you in alternative planning in the case that your birth doesn't go as planned.
-I will be a point of contact for questions and concerns regarding childbirth.
